Every landscape design project we undertake follows a structured eight-step process, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and clear communication at every stage. This ensures the best possible outcome for you and your outdoor space. 

 We begin by visiting the project site to meet with you and gain a clear understanding of your vision for the outdoor space, as well as how you intend to use it.  Based on your input, we can discuss potential design options and start looking at a broad budget.

Following the initial consultation, we will provide a detailed fee proposal outlining the costs associated with each stage of the design process. 

Once you have approved the fee proposal, we will begin developing schematic design options for your project. Using site surveys, architectural blueprints, and any reference images you’ve provided, our team will create preliminary design concepts that incorporate both hardscape and softscape elements, along with rendered images illustrating how the space will look upon completion and establishment.

We will then schedule a meeting to present the design options and ensure they align with your vision and expectations.

At this stage, you will have the opportunity to review the proposed options and thoughtfully consider any adjustments you may wish to make. We will then revise the schematic design to incorporate your feedback and present the final landscape plan for your approval. 

 Our team will prepare a complete and comprehensive set of construction drawings, which will include layout plans, sections, planting plans, design details, lighting plans, irrigation plans, and any other project-specific documentation necessary for the construction team.

If the scale and scope of the project require, we will also engage structural engineers at this stage to ensure all technical aspects are properly addressed.

Once you are satisfied with the design of your outdoor space, we will recommend trusted landscape contractors that we believe are well-suited to your project. We will prepare and distribute tender documents to ensure accurate pricing for materials and construction. Once all tenders are received, we will work closely with you to evaluate the options and select the most suitable contractor for your project. 

As the landscape design team, we will oversee the construction process and serve as the primary point of contact between you and the hired contractors. This ensures seamless project coordination and guarantees that your garden is built to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Once the project is completed - it's time for you to enjoy your new beautiful, bespoke, outdoor space.
