With over 30 years of luxury landscaping experience, 25 of which at the helm of his own company, Manny is an industry veteran at servicing clients who desire elevated design of their gardens and outdoor spaces.
His vast knowledge, experience, and attention to detail are the cornerstone to the success and positive reviews of Riveira.
As the leader of the Riveira team, Manny proactively seeks ways to better develop and nurture relationships with quality architects, plantsmen, craftsmen, and anyone else who can bring a positive wealth of knowledge and skill to any given project.
DAYNE ROY-CALDWELL, MLA

Dayne holds a Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Toronto and brings nearly a decade of professional design experience to the Riveira team.
A lifelong learner, he is constantly exploring emerging trends, techniques, philosophies, and artistic approaches to ensure his designs not only impress clients but continue to delight them over time. From intimate city gardens to expansive country estates, he approaches each project with enthusiasm and a deep passion for design.
Dayne embraces the unique challenges each project presents and is committed to delivering beautiful, bespoke outdoor spaces that are tailored to the individual needs and desires of every client.
RITA MOUNAYAR
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS & FINANCE
Rita is a highly proactive professional with strong interpersonal & communication skills with more than 20 years of expertise in areas such as finance administration, operations, HR and project management, as well as organizational development.
She brings her experience of consistent problem-solving skills to the team and helps prioritize and manage projects with proficiency. With her sharpened organizational skills and attention to detail, she helps to ensure our team’s ability to work with speed and accuracy.
Her overall objective is to sustain and support a highly productive and efficient working environment.
